MainStreet Bank is a Northern Virginia financial institution that recently expanded into space at 307 East Market St. in Leesburg, its first Loudoun location.
The financial industry has undergone dramatic changes in the post-recession, high-tech world, where banking is increasingly a transactional experience.
But even while MainStreet Bank has embraced the move to online and mobile banking, Vice President and Marketing Director Kelly Standiford says that there is no replacement for accessibility and customer service.
“We are a community bank, so having a presence where our customers live and work is important,” she said. “Loudoun was the obvious choice when we decided to expand.
“We have the technology to provide virtual solutions, but the brick and mortar location in Leesburg will allow our clients to experience our service first hand.”
MainStreet Bank took over our @loudounbiz Instagram account from Feb. 20-24 and showed that community presence is the key to business success.
“Our employees and the service they provide is the cornerstone of what differentiates MainStreet Bank from the many other banks in Loudoun,” Standiford said.
