Jill Badger serves as the Business Development Officer for Small Business and Entrepreneurship for Loudoun Economic Development.
She focuses on strengthening and growing the County’s entrepreneurial systems by leading the team responsible for the Launch Loudoun program. Together, this dynamic team helps small businesses start, scale, and soar while working with strategic community partners to promote business engagement.
Jill has more than 18 years of accounting and business development experience across public and private sector industries. She most recently worked for the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce where she served as the Vice President of Small Business Services and the Small Business Development Center Director.
Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baker College and a master’s degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University. A Michigan native, Jill and her two daughters moved to Northern Virginia in 2023.
