The Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) at George Mason University Mason Enterprise Center (MEC) is a statewide non-profit program funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency.
Co-located in the City of Fairfax, Virginia with the other programs under the MEC umbrella, the Virginia PTAP manages two additional satellite procurement centers in the Commonwealth. To find out if we offer counseling services in your area, visit our locations page to to sign up.
