Title: Business Retention Specialist
K.C. Tregoning serves as the Business Retention Specialist for Loudoun Economic Development. In addition to retention efforts, she serves as the liaison to Loudoun’s seven incorporated towns by coordinating economic development initiatives between the department and town leaders.
Born and raised in Loudoun County, she received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University.
Prior to joining the department, Tregoning started her professional career with the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, where she managed the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, a program that educates Loudoun students how to create, pitch, and launch their very own businesses.
Tregoning is very active in her community. She sits on the Loudoun Cares board, and mentors for Loudoun’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy as well as the Academies of Loudoun.
