Danelle Hayer serves on the leadership team as the Business Development Officer for Small Business and Entrepreneurship at Loudoun Economic Development. In her role, she leads the Launch Loudoun program, which supports local entrepreneurs by providing access to large-scale events, specialized programs, partner counseling, and personalized one-on-one services with industry experts.
With over 23 years of experience in marketing, sales, real estate, and business development across both public and private sectors, Danelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in business administration from Frostburg State University. Outside of her professional endeavors, Danelle is a dedicated Nationals fan and a real estate investor.
