Madhavi Jodhpurkar is an organizational learning and development professional practicing human capital development in the National Capital Region for the last several years. Her subject matters include leadership development, executive coaching, talent preservation, operations management, psychological safety and wellbeing, and knowledge management. A talented systems thinker and a recognized Kindness Ambassador, Madhavi wields her Lean 6 Sigma credentials to unapologetically advocate for process improvements wherever she goes and does so with a clear lens on unifying diverse viewpoints to achieve desired outcomes in a human-centric manner while authentically balancing organizational objectives. A humble, integrous leader who finds joy in catalyzing organizational growth amidst ambiguity and change, Madhavi never ceases to, nor runs out of positive energy!
Presently working as a Senior Talent Partner at a global renewable energy non-profit (RMI), Madhavi has nearly 20 years of management experience behind her in various corporate and non-profit settings. Transitioning past her prior engineering and architectural training, Madhavi obtained her graduate degree from George Mason University, VA in her chosen field of organizational learning and development which she now happily and forcefully brings to bear at work and in life. Madhavi lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Jeetu Jodhpurkar. She has two children in college, daughter Mohini and son Kanha. Madhavi and Jeetu, for the last 10 years run a self-funded non-profit teaching classes and creating workshops on personal development, well-being, and self-empowering spirituality through the practice of meditation for youth and professionals in the IT, medical, and energy industries on the weekends.
