Our November meeting will focus on finding “Meaningful Veteran Employment.” This discussion will go beyond “military friendly” and “military ready” to create a corporate culture that is “military thriving.” We will discuss underemployment, retention strategies, and the continual challenges that military spouses face in the workplace. We will also explore how companies are lowering recruiting and retention costs and increasing revenue with the military and veteran consumer that accounts for $2.1 Trillion in our economy each year.
