Criteria we are looking for/judging on are:
-Speech Development: structure, organization, supporting material
-Voice: flexibility, volume
-Physical: body language, speaking area
-Manner: directness, assurance, enthusiasm
-Conclusion/Full Circle: completes startup purpose of service/product clearly to audience and panel.
