This webinar hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor Competency Model Clearinghouse, will explore tools and innovations designed to empower the public workforce system, businesses, non-profits, human resources professionals, and career counselors to identify key competencies needed across industries. The clearinghouse is home to 31 industry-wide competency models which can be used to:

Develop competency-based curricula and training models
Develop industry-defined performance indicators, skill standards, and certifications
Develop resources for career exploration and guidance
