Jatinder Kaur Khosla

Jatinder Kaur Khosla serves as the Business Development Manager – International for Loudoun Economic Development, where she spearheads efforts to attract international businesses to Loudoun County, Virginia, U.S.A.

Her work focuses on diversifying the local tax base by prospecting, lead generation and foreign direct investment attraction, particularly from Europe and the UK.

Jatinder previously worked at the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, where she focused on international business investment attraction strategy, leadership, business retention, and partner outreach over the past 16 years. During this time, she worked with numerous companies of all sizes in supporting them with their U.S. market entry strategy and expansion by assisting them in navigating challenges and finding opportunities through valuable connections within the U.S. She has cross-cluster experience, having worked with companies specializing in quantum computing, space and satellite, artificial intelligence, energy, specialized manufacturing, aerospace and defense, data analytics, life sciences, data centers, and cybersecurity.

Jatinder holds a bachelor’s degree in management from George Mason and an MBA from Longwood University, both earned summa cum laude. She also has a certification from MIT in applied business analytics.

With a global upbringing throughout her lifetime, Jatinder is passionate about community engagement at the local level. She lives with her family in Loudoun and enjoys hiking local trails and along with her family and friends, joining in the many events and offerings that make Loudoun a special place to call home.
