The Women Building Bio speaker series was born out of Virginia Bio’s continuous efforts to promote careers\, leadership\, mentoring\, entrepreneurship\, and encouragement of women in the life sciences. Building on the success of our highly acclaimed annual conference\, Women Building Bio\, this series—held quarterly—aims to continue the conversation year-round surrounding how we can best empower women in all areas of the life sciences ecosystem. This initiative will help us move forward with our mission to create a sustained\, encouraging community where women in bio feel supported\, connected\, and part of a like-minded network. The focus is on fostering work-life balance\, embracing vulnerability\, and encouraging self-support across all dimensions of life.
