Join us and the Loudoun Small Business Development Center for a panel discussion about programs available from the Virginia Financing Authority with special guests: \n\nHoward Pisons\, Executive Director of Virginia Small Business Financing Authority\nAnna Mackley\, Chief Credit Officer & Operations Manager\, SBSD Virginia Financing Authority\nKaren White\, Regional Lending Manager\, SBSD Virginia Financing Authority\n\nAbby Johnson\, Executive Director of the Virginia PACE Authority will discuss the benefits of a new energy efficiency and renewable energy financing tool known as Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy or C-PACE. Specifically\, she will explain how C-PACE can pay for needed capital expenditures or the installation of high-efficiency equipment that increases cash flow and sustainability with no upfront costs. \nThe Virginia Small Business Financing Authority offers programs to provide businesses\, not-for-profits\, and economic development authorities with the financing needed for economic growth and expansion throughout the Commonwealth. \nTo accomplish this goal\, the VSBFA offers loans directly to businesses & non-profits\, credit enhancements to banks that are lending to businesses & non-profits\, as well as bond financings to benefit for-profit businesses\, 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit entities\, and to support clean energy and P3 transportation projects.
