In this session\, participants will learn key concepts such as diversity\, equity\, accessibility and inclusive excellence\, as well as leadership approaches for creating work cultures that allow all team members to thrive. \nThe goals of this session are to:\n1)Allow participants to learn key concepts\, including diversity\, inclusion\, accessibility\, inclusive excellence\, and equity in the workplace.\n2)Provide opportunities for participants to explore and understand some major benefits of inclusive excellence on organizational outcomes.\n3) Provide information and best practices related to Diversity\, Equity\, Accessibility & Inclusion in the workplace.\n4) Encourage participant engagement through questions\, discussions and participant sharing.
