Navigating the ins and outs of creating a business plan\, marketing your new business and figuring out how to determine which licenses and permits you really need to launch your new venture. \nThis will be a virtual class with two parts:\nPart 1: Online video lessons you will watch on your own as soon as you are registered (link will be provided after you register).\nPart 2: A live\, online\, virtual Q & A session on Tuesday\, March 18th at 10:30am via Zoom.\n—\nRegistration Closes 24 hours before Q&A start time.\nUpon registration you will be given access to the video lessons. You will be able to watch them whenever you wish. One that is easy to understand and works for any small business. \nYou will learn an approach planning that is less confusing\, shows you how to figure out what information you really need to research\, and gives you the ability to make important decisions. The format of a traditional business plan can be long\, lengthy and intimidating to write. Knowing what information is critical to include and knowing where to get that information can result in a plan that isn’t helpful or ends up on the shelf ignored. \nIn this two-session class we will take a fresh look at how to create a plan that works for your small business. One that is less confusing\, gives you the ability to make important decisions\, and helps you figure out how to determine what information you really need before you execute the plan. SBDC Manager Eric Byrd will walk you through building your own simple business plan using The Business Model Canvas and other tools so you can easily chart a course for success. \n\nIn the first session (part one) you will identify the 5 Elements of Your Plan and define the structure of your business concept.
