Krista Woods was in the sales, training and management industry for 27 years, raising three kids while riding through the ranks of corporate sales and management.
In 2002, she became self-employed, running her own sales training and team building company for 12 years, where she used her skills as a Certified Color Code Instructor.
In 2016, Woods added award-winning inventor to her resume, launching GloveStix in Loudoun County. She has been awarded 15 prestigious honors over the last three years, including The Today Shows “Next Big Thing,” and a spot on ABC’s Shark Tank, where she pitched her product to some of America’s toughest investors, closing a deal with not one, but two of the Sharks, on national TV.
