Projects - The EDA has helped establish and grow many landmark companies, public facilities and educational organizations in Loudoun County.
About the EDARecent Projects
Loudoun County, Virginia is one of the top-ranked business communities in the nation.

The Loudoun County Economic Development Authority is one component of Loudoun County's efforts to promote business growth in Loudoun. One of the EDA's major activities is the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds. These bonds result in below market rate financing of capital projects for those applicants who qualify. The EDA will also be the conduit for any business incentives granted by the county to attract businesses to relocate in Loudoun.

Assistance with prospective new and expanding businesses is managed by the Loudoun County Department of Economic Development. If your company needs guidance with site selection, starting a business, or the county’s commercial development process, please contact Rick Morris at DED.
