SUMMARY:Northern Virginia Community College’s 2025 Horticulture Career Fair
DESCRIPTION:The faculty\, staff\, and students at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA)’s Horticulture Program would like to invite you to a wonderful opportunity for your organization to participate in. The NOVA Horticulture Club’s 2025 Career Fair to be held on Tuesday February 18th 2025\, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the NOVA Loudoun Campus. \nEvery year\, the Horticulture Club of NOVA’s Loudoun Campus holds a Career Fair for our Horticulture Technology and Landscape Design students. \nThis Career Fair benefits both the students\, by providing them with information regarding job and internship opportunities; and the organizations who participate by expanding their selection of potential employees with students who have educational goals and skills in their chosen fields (i.e.\, Horticulture Technology and/or Landscape Design). \nIf you are interested in having summer interns\, employees for this spring or summer or future seasons we have prime candidates in our program. Our 2-year degree programs require our students to participate in internships prior to graduation\, making this event a wonderful opportunity for our students to find them.\nStudents will also be talking with you to get a better understanding of the current state of the industry through questions from a required assignment. \nWe are excited to potentially see you again this year if you have previously participated in this yearly event. If this is your first time\, we look forward to meeting you and introducing your business to our students. \nDue to the size of the event space\, we only have a limited amount of space for vendors. If you would like to participate in this event\, please be sure to RSVP via the linked google form: https://forms.gle/G2VkKkbpNHq6ksCq5 no later than February 11th 2025 by 5pm in order to guarantee your booth. \nIf you require further information\, please do not hesitate to contact\nAnders Vidstrand via email at avidstrand@nvcc.edu or by phone at (703)-450-2614.\nOr Patrick Lucas via email at palucas@nvcc.edu or by phone at (703)-323-3000
