DESCRIPTION:A Section 125 plan allows employees to pay for certain benefits on a pre-tax basis. One of the basic rules governing these plans is that once an employee makes an election\, the election cannot be changed until the next plan year unless the employee experiences a permitted election change event. The rules governing mid-year election changes can be confusing to understand and challenging to administer. \n  \nJoin us on Thursday\, February 23rd at 10:00 a.m. EST to learn about the requirements for Section 125 election changes and HIPAA special enrollments\, and to understand what is allowed and when. We will discuss best practices for administering election change requests and provide insight on how to avoid commonly made errors.
