The event will be on July 16th from 11 am – 1 pm at Tuscarora High School in Leesburg\, Virginia. This is a great learning opportunity for everyone involved. \nThe event is simple: You can arrive at Tuscarora High School (801 N. King Street Leesburg\, Virginia) anytime from 11 AM-1 PM. You can get in line to do a practice event or visit the “observation area” if you’d like to watch some other folks go first so you have a sense of how it will go. \nWhat to Expect: When it is your turn\, you can have an officer in the car with you to explain what is happening\, or not\, depending on your preference. A police officer will approach the car and ask you the same questions he/she would during a regular traffic stop. You can answer just as you usually would. You can practice identifying whether you have a disability or not. You can practice being a driver\, passenger\, or both. You can practice having a challenging behavior or a good day.
