Learn from a League of American Bicyclists (LAB) certified instructor\, Lisa Campbell\, who will offer safety procedures and traffic regulations for all users of Virginia’s roads and paths to include bicyclists\, pedestrians and motorists. \n* No children are allowed in the workshops.\n* You must be at least 14 years of age to be a participant in the workshops.\n* No food or drink is allowed in the Workforce Resource Center or in the workshops.
