Neither the PTAP nor the instructor can make any guarantee that the Government will actually issue a contract to the student’s company\, and the company is not required to submit a proposal. \nNote: If you are looking to apply to another schedule such as PSS\, this class will still help you understand the essentials of submitting a successful proposal to obtain a GSA Schedule contract award but all examples and case studies will be using IT70 as the background assumption for training. \nInstructor Gregory D. Ayres is a retired Army Medical Service Corps officer who worked with both large and small companies to develop GSA schedules.
