Attend this free training to learn how to use the V3 Organizational Veteran Hiring and Engagement Plan (OVHEP) to identify\, develop and implement new workforce development tools. The OVHEP is designed to be an internal and living document that can help you streamline and prioritize your veteran and military family recruiting\, hiring\, and retention efforts. During each webinar a V3 Employer Liaison will cover direct career pathways including:\n· Virginia Skillbridge (Internship)\n· Military Spouse Friendly Designation\n· Military Medics and Corpsman\n· OJT & Apprenticeship\n· Mentorship Opportunities\n· V3 MOU Opportunities \nTrainers will walk employers through the document\, describe the best practice for implementing an OVHEP\, and to answer any questions you may have. \nThis course is ONLY available to current V3 Certified Employers.
