As a graduate of the University of Maryland\, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and played baseball on the Terps baseball team. Over the past 25 years\, John has lived in Leesburg Va. with his wife of 36 years where they raised three boys. \nAs Vice President and the Financial Sales Manager of the Leesburg office at First Citizens Bank\, he has the privilege of working within the community to support small business owners by delivering strategic financial solutions\, fostering client relationships\, and driving community focused growth. \nHe began his Banking career in 1989 as a Personal Banker at Perpetual Savings Bank. Over the next 20 years\, he performed many roles at Crestar Bank and then SunTrust Bank within the Retail division including Branch Manager and Area Manager. \nFrom 2008 through 2010 John worked in the Commercial division at SunTrust Bank as a Business Banking Team Leader in the Northern Virginia Market.
