SUMMARY:Commonwealth Cyber Initiative  Internship Fair
DESCRIPTION:Whether virtual or traditional\, internships and apprenticeships offer essential work experience and are a must-do for students who want to explore different fields and organizations within industry\, government\, academia\, and startup programs. During the two-day program at the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI) Internship Fair\, Virginia students will learn about more than 50 internships and apprenticeships available to them. \nDay One\, Oct. 5\, will provide a series of panels highlighting program leader’s organizations or institutions’ open opportunities\, share how to apply and expectations\, and answer questions live. \nDay Two\, Oct. 6\, students can visit the booths of participating organizations and institutions. Students have the unique opportunity to create a profile\, upload their resume\, and connect with recruiters and program leaders through 1:1 live messages and videos from the convenience of their own homes. \nRepresentatives from the following sponsoring organizations will be on hand to detail available opportunities about their organizations or programs: \n\nAmazon Web Services\nAppteon\nCivilianCyber\nCommonwealth STEM Industry Internship Program\nDeloitte\nMicrosoft\nMI Technical Solutions\nPalo Alto Networks\nSentara Healthcare\nU.S. Department of Health and Human Services\nVirginia Space Grant Consortium \nWR Systems \nand more!
