Brandon Ferris is a distinguished business professional with a dynamic approach to leadership and a profound dedication to imparting his expertise in coaching and knowledge-based strategies. Boasting over two decades of experience, Brandon has honed his skills across a spectrum of domains including government contracting, business development, organizational management, acquisitions, training, policy formulation, information technology, executive leadership, and logistics. His meritorious service in the United States Air Force culminated in an honorable discharge at the rank of Master Sergeant, throughout which he received numerous service medals, commendations, and leadership accolades.

Brandon’s career trajectory has been varied and impactful, spanning both governmental and private sectors. His roles have encompassed responsibilities as a contracting officer, acquisitions team lead, senior contract administrator, program manager, business development manager, and senior advisor to executive leadership. Academically, Ferris is well-qualified, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, a Master’s degree in Acquisitions and Supply Chain Management, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is also a certified professional in both government and commercial contracting domains.

In his current role, Ferris is instrumental in driving economic development initiatives as a Business Development Manager for the Loudoun County Virginia Department of Economic Development. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident through his ownership of Quintessential Consulting and Killer Bee Comics. Brandon’s commitment to community service is showcased through his active participation on several boards, including the Young Kings Movement, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting and empowering at-risk young men.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Ferris now resides in Loudoun County, VA, where he continues to make significant contributions to both his professional and local communities alongside his family.
