Applications Now Open for the Loudoun Fall Farm Tour

Loudoun County, VA – Loudoun Economic Development is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2024 Loudoun Fall Farm Tour. Scheduled for October 19-20, this event offers an incredible opportunity for farms in Loudoun to welcome visitors and showcase the diverse agricultural life in the County.

The Loudoun Fall Farm Tour invites farms to open their doors to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days, providing a unique experience for families, friends, and visitors to explore the beauty and operations of local farms. This event is designed to promote local agriculture, foster community connections, and encourage the public to support and appreciate the hard work of Loudoun County farmers.

Buddy Rizer, Executive Director of Loudoun Economic Development, emphasized the significance of the tour, stating, “The Loudoun Fall Farm Tour is a vital initiative that brings our community closer to the heart of our local agriculture. Farms interested in participating in the Loudoun Fall Farm Tour can submit their applications online at biz.loudoun.gov/farmtourapp. The application period is open until August 16, 2024. There is no cost to apply, and all farms in Loudoun County are encouraged to take part in this exciting event.
