Meet Elaine Espinola Keltz, a recognizable face in the Loudoun County business crowd. Elaine spent a decade as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry in the D.C. region before coming to Loudoun County.

In 2015, she was crowned Mrs. D.C. America, and used her platform to promote entrepreneurship for women. “I did everything that I set out to do,” she said at the completion of her reign. “There is so much going on and I would like to think that I would slow down, but I’m not.”

She stayed true to her word. In the last two years, Elaine has launched Media SavvE, LLC, become host of “I’m Every Woman” on Comcast, host for “The Bistro” podcast for the Better Business Bureau, a producer for The Blue Wave agency, and spokesperson for Lerner Enterprises and the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Initiative. If you look carefully, you may have seen her in TV commercials for recognizable regional businesses.

First and foremost, however, Elaine identifies herself as a wife and mother of three young children.

Elaine has been featured in “People on the Move” by Washington Business Journal, as well as Leesburg Today’s “40 Under 40” list. On May 15, she will be one of the featured speakers during the kickoff conference of Loudoun Small Business Week, where she hopes to inspire the female entrepreneurial community in Loudoun County.
