Gretchen and Andrew Arguin are the co-owners of The Wine’ing Butcher in Ashburn. They had two stores in New England when they decided to move down to Virginia and open a third. They used the Loudoun SBDC to coordinate everything from getting their business plan written, to meeting with banks, to navigating the zoning process.
