What is this System?
It is a free listing of available, small office space (5,000 square feet or less) in Loudoun County. It is targeted for people looking to open a business in the county or for home-based businesses looking to move into their first commercial space. The Loudoun County Department of Economic Development created this listing as a service to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

 
How is the Information Maintained?
Brokers or property owners are issued passwords by the Department of Economic Development enabling them to list, edit, and maintain their available property listings. The Department of Economic Development is not responsible for accuracy of information.
 

How do I get issued a Password?
If you are a broker or a property owner and would like to list your available space on this website contact Philip Denino at the Department of Economic Development at 703-777-0585 to be issued a password.
